CREAM AVOCADOS
Ingredients (4 people)
2 ripe avocados.
2 servings of cheese The Farmhouse.
1 hard-boiled egg.
½ litre of broth.
¼ litre of liquid cream.
1 lemon.

Preparation
Peel the avocado and remove the bones. Going through the blender, with lots of cheese, meat stock, the juice of half a lemon. To obtain a smooth cream.
Calentarla, add cream and sazonarla with salt.
Serve in cups consommé, espolvoreándola with finely chopped hard-boiled egg. |
